Q: The photos on my profile are not showing up even though they said they were uploaded successfully.
A: Many users have had this problem, the problem is that the photo you are using is to big. Try a smaller photo and see if that fixes it. You should also clear your browser cache since it might have saved the old photo and be causing you to see the old one and not the new one. You can resize photos for free at http://www.picresize.com/ we recommend 600x400 which makes them a normal 4x6 size.

Q: How do I change my main profile photo?
A: You profile has to have at least one photo so you can not delete your current photo without uploading a new one. Once you upload the new one you can use the photo manager to set the new one as your main photo and delete the old one.

Q: How do I delete my profile?
A: While we are sad to see our users go, all users have the ability to delete their profile by going to My Desktop -> My Settings. This will delete your profile and everything you have done on the site, all messages, all blogs, so be sure you really want to go.

Q: How can I see only the opposite sex in the Random Members section?
A: The site was built so you can make friends and meet people. If you are only interested in dating you can change the settings for Random Members by going to My Desktop -> My Settings -> Display Settings.

Q: The Match Me! on the search page displays both genders!
A: The site was designed to make friends in the area and dating. Currently there is no way to single out a single gender in the Match Me! section of the site but this is something we will be including in future updates.

Q: I got a e-mail saying I had a message but when I log in there is no message.
A: This is caused by two things, first it might have been a spammer and when we deleted the spammers profile it deleted all the spam everyone got, second you may have gotten a message from a user who decided to delete their profile. When a user deletes their profile it removes all traces of them from the site.

Q: I have clicked the activation link in my e-mail but my account is still not active.
A: We are currently having a problem with user activation and are trying to correct the problem. Its working for some users and not for others, so in the mean time we are manually activating user accounts in bulk every hour. Try the link if that dose not work you can either mail the admin team on the contact page or wait for use to activate it for you.

Q: I am being contacted by members of the same sex.
A: First see what they want, this site is a place to make friends and meet people they may just want to be friendly. Second it may have been a spammer. We recently had a "female" spammer message over 300 users at once men and women included. This resulted in many angry e-mails about gay users on the site. Please remember that you are on a Mormon dating site our users should have the same beliefs as you do.
